What we manufacture

Panels, millwork, and the machining that turns them into parts

Three groups, and they are not the same kind of offer. The first is what we press and profile. The second is what we do to it before it ships. The third is where we are investing but will not claim capability until we can prove it.

Core range — what we press and profile

Plywood

Film-faced, commercial, birch-faced, formwork with HDO/MDO overlay, and packing grade. The main line, and the one a European specification is usually written around.

Moulding & millwork

Primed interior trim in finger-joint pine or one-piece MDF, tooled to your drawing. The strongest line into the US market.

Solid wood & FJ panel

Acacia and rubberwood, finger-jointed and edge-glued, to 1300 × 6000 mm in AC and BC grades. Teak and live-edge tops on programme.

MDF & HMR

Carried because programmes need it alongside the rest, not pushed as a headline. Say the grade you need and we quote it.

Deep machining — cuts across every line

Send the drawing. Receive parts that assemble.

Cut-to-size on a beam saw holding ±0.5 mm

3-axis CNC routing — profile, groove, pocket

Chamfer, bevel, tongue-and-groove

Through and blind boring to pattern

DXF, DWG or dimensioned PDF accepted

Packed in your assembly sequence

One condition, stated plainly: nobody should send a drawing to a supplier who has not shown dimensional stability first. Ask us for the test evidence on the substrate before you send the file — a machining programme is built on the panel underneath it.

Machining capability
CNC-routed plywood components made to drawing at LELOI, Vietnam

In development — researched, not yet claimed

Engineered / multilayer flooring

Europe has closed the door on Chinese supply and few Vietnamese mills are set up for it. We are looking at it seriously — and until the wear layer, core and emission certificate are settled, we are not going to quote it.

Cabinet components & vanities

The route into the US is machined parts, not finished cabinets: component sets and semi-finished work first. We would rather start where our machining is already proven than promise an assembled kitchen.

What goes wrong when you buy from afar

Sourcing from Vietnam shouldn't feel like a gamble

None of these are rare. They are the six ways an overseas wood order quietly goes wrong — and each one is a gap we close, whether you buy from our factory or use us to check someone else's.

You can't tell a factory from a trading desk

The website, the catalogue and the samples look identical. One has presses and a kiln; the other has a laptop and a markup. You only find out which after the deposit clears.

The bulk order doesn't match the sample

The approved sample is flawless. Then the core gets thinner, the glue grade drops, the face grade slips a notch — and you discover it when the container is already at your port.

Your compliance file has holes in it

EUDR needs geolocation and traceability. US buyers ask for CARB P2 / TSCA. Your supplier sends a photo of a certificate and hopes that's enough. It isn't — and the liability is yours, not theirs.

Nobody checks the goods before they sail

You can't fly to Vietnam for every production run. So loading happens unwitnessed, and the first inspection of your own cargo is the one you do after paying freight.

A dispute leaves you with nothing to hold

Chat messages and a pro-forma invoice are not a claim. Without contracts and evidence that stand up under Vietnamese law, there is no realistic route to recover anything.

Mixed orders mean juggling five suppliers

Film-faced from one, moulding from another, pallets from a third — five quality standards, five sets of paperwork, five chances for one late shipment to hold up your container.

EUDR applies from 30 December 2026

If you import wood into the EU, the EUDR obligation is yours

Under the EU Deforestation Regulation, the operator placing goods on the EU market — the importer, not the Vietnamese supplier — files the Due Diligence Statement and carries the legal responsibility. Your supplier cannot do that for you. What they can do is give you evidence solid enough to file on. Most cannot. We built our production records around it.

Plot geolocation

GPS coordinates and polygons (GeoJSON) for the harvest areas behind your order — the format the EU Information System expects.

Batch traceability

Records linking your specific container back to raw material and harvest area, so a spot check doesn't dead-end.

Legality evidence

Harvest permits, species and origin declarations, and mill documentation — organised as a file, not a folder of phone photos.

How we document EUDR for wood

We prepare and screen the evidence — we are not a certification body, and the DDS filing remains the EU operator's legal responsibility.

Why us, honestly

Four ways to buy wood from Vietnam

Marketplaces, sourcing agents and inspection firms each solve one piece. We are the manufacturer and the verification layer at once — which is the unusual part.

means “sometimes, depending on who you get”. If you already have a supplier you trust, use us for verification only — that is a real option, not a consolation prize.

How an order runs

From specification to sealed container

You see evidence at every stage — not a silence that ends with a container at your port.

01

Send your specification

Product, size, thickness, glue grade, face grade, quantity, destination port and Incoterm. Two minutes on the form, or a message on WhatsApp.

02

Get a quote and a sample

We reply within 24 hours with price, lead time and available capacity. Samples ship on request so you approve the real thing before committing.

03

Production with evidence

You receive production photos, in-line QC records and the compliance pack — EUDR geolocation, traceability and legality documents — as the order is built, not after.

04

Loading you can witness

Pre-shipment inspection and loading photos before the container seals, then full export documentation handed over for customs at your end.

Straight answers

The questions buyers actually ask us

What is your minimum order quantity?+

Normally one 20ft or 40ft container per product line. You can mix within a line — several thicknesses or grades of plywood in the same load, for instance — because those come off the same press. Plywood and moulding are made at different mills at opposite ends of Vietnam, so they ship as separate loads rather than sharing a container. Tell us your target volume and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Can you supply the EUDR documents my customs broker needs?+

Yes. Every wood order ships with plot geolocation (GeoJSON), batch-level traceability linking the shipment back to harvest areas, and legality documentation. This is the data your Due Diligence Statement is built from. Note the legal responsibility for filing the DDS remains with you as the EU operator — we supply the evidence, you make the declaration.

Which certifications do you hold?+

FSC Chain-of-Custody, CE — EN 13986 plywood, CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI, AS 6669-2016 formwork plywood, CE marking — EN 13986. Certificates are issued per product and per mill, so we send the exact documents covering your order rather than a generic bundle — ask and we will match them to your specification.

What payment terms do you offer?+

Typically 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable L/C at sight for larger programs. For a first order we would rather agree terms that let you verify us cheaply than push you into a large upfront payment.

How do I know the bulk order will match my approved sample?+

Production photos and QC records during the run, plus a pre-shipment check before the container is sealed. You approve a physical sample first, and the approved sample is the reference we are held to — if you want a third-party inspector of your own choosing to attend loading, that is welcome and we will schedule around them.

How fast can you ship?+

Lead time depends on the product and the season. Packing plywood moves fastest; primed moulding with custom profile tooling takes longest because we cut knives to your drawing. We quote a real date with the price, and tell you early if it slips.
