Cut-to-Size & CNC Components
Send the drawing, receive parts that assemble
Buying sheets means buying someone else's offcuts, your own labour and the risk that the panel you machine does not behave. Buying finished parts moves all three back to the mill. We cut to size on a beam saw holding ±0.5 mm, then rout on 3-axis CNC: profiled edges, grooves, pockets, through holes, chamfers and bevels, tongue-and-groove. Send DXF, DWG or a dimensioned PDF and you get parts back in the packing sequence your assembly line needs, labelled the way you label them. The material is your choice across our range — film-faced and commercial plywood, MDF and HMR, finger-joint and edge-glued panel. The industrial work we are set up for is trailer and vehicle flooring, cable drum components, modular formwork panels, and furniture and cabinet part sets. One condition, stated plainly: nobody should send a drawing to a supplier who has not shown dimensional stability first. Ask us for the test evidence on the substrate before you send the file. A machining programme is built on the panel underneath it, and if that panel moves, the tolerance on the drawing is decoration.

Questions buyers ask
What is the minimum order quantity for Vietnamese plywood?+
One 20ft or 40ft container per product line. You can mix within a line — two or three thicknesses or grades in the same load — because those come off the same press, and that is often how a new buyer starts. Plywood and moulding are made on separate lines at separate mills, so they ship as separate loads.
How many sheets of plywood fit in a 40ft container?+
It depends on thickness, not on sheet count alone. A 40ft high-cube holds roughly 44–78 m³ of panels; as a working example, one of our shipments loaded 853 sheets of 21 mm film-faced plywood at 26,900 kg and 44 m³ in a single 40ft HC. Weight limits usually bind before volume does on thick panels.
Which certificates does LELOI hold for plywood?+
FSC Chain-of-Custody, CE — EN 13986 plywood, CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI, AS 6669-2016 formwork plywood, CE marking — EN 13986. Certificates are issued per product and per mill, so we send the exact documents covering your order rather than a generic bundle — ask and we will match them to your specification.
Can you supply the EUDR documentation my customs broker needs?+
Yes. Every wood order ships with plot geolocation in GeoJSON, batch-level traceability linking the container back to harvest areas, and legality documentation. That is the evidence your Due Diligence Statement is built from. Note that under the EU Deforestation Regulation the operator placing goods on the EU market files the DDS and carries the legal responsibility — we supply the evidence, you make the declaration.
What are your payment terms?+
Typically 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight for larger programmes. For a first order we would rather agree terms that let you verify us cheaply than push you into a large upfront payment.
How long is the lead time for a plywood order from Vietnam?+
Packing plywood moves fastest; primed moulding with custom profile tooling takes longest because knives are cut to your drawing. Lead time also shifts with season and raw-material supply, so we quote a specific date together with the price rather than a generic range, and tell you early if it slips.
Do you have test data for strength and formaldehyde emission?+
Yes. An EN 13986 entrusted test on 9 mm PF-resin plywood (report HJ-RD-25039, ICTT/Hongjun, April 2025) recorded bending strength 66.0 N/mm² parallel and 54.7 N/mm² perpendicular to face grain, density 0.70 g/cm³, moisture content 9.2% and formaldehyde emission 0.0273 mg/m³ — comfortably inside EU indoor limits. A separate SGS Vietnam chamber test on eucalyptus-faced plywood was completed in June 2026. Both reports are available on request for the products they cover.
Can I inspect the goods before they are shipped?+
Yes. You receive production photos and in-line QC records during the run, plus loading photos before the container is sealed. If you prefer an independent check, our Inspection Service performs on-site quality control on any cargo — including the panels made for your own order.
