Nothing unusual — just the habits that have worked well for our customers and for us.
Every question gets an answer
Whether you ask about one pallet or forty containers, you get the same answer: what we can make, what it costs, and how long it takes. Quite a few of our regular customers started with a very small first order.
We are in it for the long run
We enjoy working with the same customers year after year, so we try not to promise anything we are not sure of. If a specification is outside what our lines run, we will say so at the start.
Ask about things outside our range
We have worked in the Vietnamese wood industry for years, so we usually know who makes what. If what you need is outside our range, tell us anyway and we will try to point you somewhere suitable.
Getting a little better each year
Tighter tolerances, more complete documentation, shorter lead times. These are the things we work on, because they are the things that make your side easier.
How an order goes, step by step
Six steps, in the order they happen. None of them is complicated — they are simply the points where it is worth being careful.

The specification is written down
Size, thickness, core, glue, surface, grade, moisture content and tolerance, confirmed by both sides before anything is cut. Writing it down early saves a lot of guessing later.
- 02
We say early if something is outside our range
Each product page shows the range our lines run. If your drawing sits outside it, you will hear that before you pay a deposit, along with the closest option we can make.
- 03
A sample before the run
For profiles we grind the knife and run a sample length. For panels we press a sample construction. You approve the actual piece rather than a photograph.
- 04
Checks against your numbers
Thickness, squareness, moisture content and surface are measured against the tolerance you agreed for your order.
- 05
You see the goods before loading finishes
Loading photographs and the container seal number reach you before the container leaves the yard. If you would rather use a third-party inspector, we work to their schedule.
- 06
Documents for your market
Certificates are issued per product and per mill, so you receive the ones that cover your own order. If your customs authority needs a document we do not hold yet, we will let you know in good time.
Certificates held by our partner mills
Ask for the certificate that covers your order and we will send you the document itself. If your market needs one we do not hold yet, do tell us — it is useful for us to know, and we will let you know honestly whether we can get there.
What we are working towards
Vietnam exports a great deal of wood, but buyers abroad often find it hard to know what a Vietnamese panel is actually made of and what it can be asked to do. We would like to make that a little clearer, one product page at a time.
In practice that means publishing the ranges our lines really run, in numbers, and keeping those numbers up to date. It also means widening what we can make, a little at a time, so that more of what our customers ask for falls inside the range rather than outside it.
Beyond that, we simply hope to be a supplier you are comfortable keeping on your list, and comfortable mentioning to a colleague. That takes time, and we are happy to take it.
Not buying today? That is completely fine.
Your programme may already be covered, the timing may not suit, or the price from Vietnam may not work for you this season. That is perfectly normal, and we are happy to stay in touch anyway.

If a price moves or a new programme comes across your desk, write to us then. Coming back a year later is completely fine — we will pick up where we left off.

Do ask anyway. After years in this industry we usually know who makes what in Vietnam, and we are glad to point you in the right direction even when the order is not ours.
